Event Report
North New Jersey Chamber of Commerce secured the parking lot within Overpeck County Park. The chamber paid the fee for use of the parking lot, arranged a DJ and also a certificate of insurance that was required for their group. No rain date was possible. New Jersey EVA helped out the Chamber by calling dealerships over a three week span before the show. EVA set up the parking lot, posted signs within the park and posted the event on social media- multiple times along with inviting private owners to participate. On the day of the show, it rained intermittently with strong winds. Show was good despite the weather but ended by weather at 2 instead of 4. The sun came out at 4.Some real nice people and vehicles in attendance. Dealership vehicles present: Mercedez EQE 350x4 (4matic), Genesis GV60 which will wow you when you sit in it as you don't expect it to be that nice. Jaguar F-Pace, Cadillac Lyriq which was as popular as the pair of Lucid Air sedans and last manufacturer represented BMW. Privately owned vehicles were Rivian R1T, Hyundai Kona, Kia EV6, Smart ED, Tesla 3, VW ID4, Chevrolet Bolt EV. It was a good time to sit in and see the vehicles and talk with owners.
Chris from Congressman Gottheimer's office presented the New Jersey Electric Vehicle Association and the North New Jersey Chamber of Commerce a Congressional Certificate of Recognition commemorating the occasion.

Event Description
Event is held in a large parking lot of the Overpeck County Park. Sponsored by the North New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Bergen County Parks and the New Jersey Electric Vehicle Association. Dealers displaying vehicles come from Bergen and Hudson Counties and are members of the North New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Vehicle owners come from all over New Jersey and are passionate about sharing their experiences with electric vehicles. If you are interested in bringing your privately owned vehicle to display, please sign up. There is no fee to display or attend. The park has a 4 Volta branded charge points available located in the parking lot closest to the baseball fields. No test drives may be given as this is an active park.
