Want to learn more about renewable energy options? Come learn about ways to work with Mother Earth through the use of electric cars, solar lights & panels, batteries, etc. The Gilmanton Energy Committee is sponsoring this event to provide information on different ways to improve our overall energy efficiency, to help our environment and save money.
• Electric Cars: There will be some electric/hybrid cars to look at and sit in and possibly drive a little. Some owners will be there to answer any questions you might have.
• Solar Ground Mount & Roof Panels: Information and speakers will be there to discuss with you about what it is like to have solar panels on the roof and solar ground mount set ups.
• Solar Batteries: Information about setting up solar batteries in your house to further reduce your electric bills.
Speakers will be available on different energy saving subjects from the Gilmanton Energy Committee, Univix Power Solutions, the GYRL and the Gilmanton Conservation Sub-Trial Committee.
