Event Report
We were able to share our event with thousands of
international students who were attending the International Robotics Conference
& Competition. We were able to
answer many questions and share our vehicles with the students and their
chaperones. They were all excited to
have the opportunity to experience and interact with the CyberTruck and the Model
X. These vehicles were open and
attendees were able to sit in the vehicles and experience the different options
available.
Announcements were made as part of the event acknowledging
and promoting our cars on display. The
event organizers promoted our display as a “Petting Zoo”. The organizers called attention to our
display throughout the event and encouraged the event attendees to experience our
vehicles.
We had a Tesla CyberTruck and a Tesla Gen 1 Roadster as
part of our cars on display. We also had
a Tesla Model X, a Tesla Model Y and a Hyandai Ioniq 5. As part of the display the Electric Hyandai
was towing a trailer that was setup with a tent. The tent was outfitted with a thermo-electric
cooler and a cooling fan all powered by the electric car.
Everyone was excited to see our vehicles and we were able
to talk to quite a few people about the importance of electric vehicles.

Event Description
Artists have a way of helping people see the beauty of the world in a new way. Art has the power to change minds and hearts. This year’s Earth Day will be about using art to engage people and urge them to action. Just as anyone can be an artist, anyone can be an activist. At Earth Day, you can be both!
PLUS - Featuring an EV petting zoo, visit with EV owners and check out the EVs!
Houston Public Works’ popular Water Works Festival will also return to Earth Day. As a central environmental issue, the proper care and management of Houston’s water is a topic that affects everyone. The city’s present and future relies on it.
Expect family-friendly performances, live music, art installations, face painting, crafts and activities. Educational talks, panel discussions, spoken word performances and more will be provided. And, of course, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the water features at Discovery Green.
