Event Report
We had a record number of youth participating in this year's event, helping, playing in a jazz band and interacting in an improve theater group. The team got a late start, but we still had four live music events, eight vendors, a great garden area, 3 EVs and a fun play area.

Event Description
- Event is weather-permitting
- We have room for 6 EVs in a gravel parking lot central to the booths and other activities
- Sorry, no test drives permitted
- We are seeking a variety of EVs willing to arrive and be in place no later than 9:50am.
- Event continues until 3:00pm. Half shifts (10-12:30, 12:30 - 3) are okay if you let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

- Last year was our first year. Attendance was approximately 100 people. Hoping to increase it this year with less competition, the addition of food and more word-of-mouth from last year
- The church hosting the event is located near Lake of the Pines, Grass Valley, and they have a beautiful, rural 4.5-acre campus with foothills views. The event will feature live music, community and educational booths, cooking demonstrations, children's activities and more.
