Earth Charter Indiana and SoIN Citizens Climate Lobby, along with Drive Electric Earth Day and several other sponsors, are hosting an Earth Day event in New Albany, IN on Saturday, April 22, 2023.  The event is called "EV's to trees: Driving Electric Earth Day 2023".  The location for the event is 301 E. Market Street, one block away from the New Albany Farmer's Market.  Evolve KY, an electric vehicle owner group, is bringing over their personal EV's for the purpose of educating people about their experiences with them.  Citizens Climate Lobby will be utilizing the New Albany Tree Trail to teach about the importance of trees to creating a sustainable community and also educating people about bills at the national level that support sustainability.  Earth Charter Indiana will be providing environmental educational materials and information about how Earth Charter Indiana can support groups working for a sustainable future in Indiana.
