We are pleased to invite you to join us for “Earth Day in the Foothills,” a regional celebration of Earth Day 2022.This free event will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 10am - 4pm.  Sierra Pines United Methodist Church (SPUMC) is the event’s primary sponsor and the event will be hosted on their beautiful 4.5-acre campus, located near Lake of the Pines.  

This zero-waste outdoor event will feature live, local bands, EV car display with owners to answer questions and discuss the many aspects of owning an electric vehicle, water conservation, starting a school garden and more informational booths, sustainable cooking and other demonstrations, nature photography classes, meditative activities such as outdoor yoga classes and labyrinth walking, earth-friendly kids activities, play areas for young and old and more!
