Attend and participate in our St. Thomas Earth Day EV Rally organized by VIEVAN, the Virgin Islands Electric Vehicle Association- North (St. Thomas & St. John). This year we will start at Market Square East at 9:30 AM and the Rally will include stops at Earth Day Events happening around the Island. (Venues to be announced). Non-EV owners are encouraged to participate by riding along in EVs!
