Event Report
On April 22nd, the Orange Hat Brewery celebrated its third anniversary by holding a morning litter cleanup along Hardin Valley Road, then (among other things) welcoming the Knoxville Electric Vehicle Association (KEVA) and Drive Electric Tennessee for Drive Electric Earth Day. KEVA rounded up owners of Chevy Bolts, Ford F-150 Lightnings, Kia EV6s, a Nissan LEAF, various Teslas, and a Zero SR/S motorcycle. From 11am to 5pm, folks stopped by to talk about EVs and ask questions. The Orange Hat is a wonderful family and pet friendly venue, and the weather was perfect. Many thanks for the 16 volunteers who made this day happen.

The Orange Hat Brewing Company is celebrating its third anniversary on Earth Day! The Knoxville Electric Vehicle Association it tipping its hat to the Orange Hat by bringing a few electric vehicles to show. What better way to learn a little about EVs than talking with EV owners about their experiences over a cold beverage. Find out why they bought the electric vehicles they own, what it's like to drive them, and get the answers to almost all of your questions. Owners will show their Ford F-150 Lightning, Kia EV-6, and Zero Motorcycle. Owners of various other EV models will be available to talk about their vehicles and experiences as well. And please drink responsibly.
