Event Report
SOHEVA partnered with Temple Emek Shalom to put on a joint Earth Day and DEED event. We were able to attract many local environmental organizations which greatly expanded our community exposure and attendance. Twenty five local EV owners brought their cars to display and discussed the EV experiences with visitors. There is great interest in EVs in our area. Two vehicle companies offered test rides/drives which were well received and popular; particularly the ArciMoto FUV (a 3 wheeled electric motorcycle) and the Mustang Mach E provided by Green Cars (a Lithia Motors division). Event Description
This Earth Day event will feature electric vehicles and drivers/members from SOHEVA and other EV owners who will answer questions regarding their experiences. Test drives will also be offered by ArciMoto FUV of Eugene Oregon and Green Cars of Lithia Motors. Picadilly Cycles will also offer test rides on the E-bikes. The first 20 test drivers will receive $25 gift certificates. Other environmentally oriented organizations will also be on hand.
