Event Report
On April 30, 2022, over 50 electric vehicles and owners took part in the 6th Lowell Drives Electric car show at Heritage Farm Ice Cream in Lowell, Massachusetts. Lowell Mayor Sokhary Chau, joined over 200 members of the public, along with representatives from the Sierra Club, 350.org, and the Green Energy Consumers Alliance on a beautiful afternoon to see cars on display from Hyundai, Volkswagen, Tesla, Chevrolet, Mini, BMW, Polestar, Subaru, Chrysler, Audi, Jeep, and other car brands. Every model of Tesla car ever made was at the Lowell Drives Electric car show from a 2011 Roadster to a 2022 Model S Plaid as well as Model X's and Model Y's. Visitors to the show were also able to take demo drives from eight generous EV owners that shared not only their knowledge, but a seat in their moving vehicle to show the public the appeal of electric cars. Event Description
EV’s are Faster, Cleaner, and More Fun! Join us for Lowell Drives Electric along the Merrimack River at Heritage Farm Ice Cream for Food, Games, Fun, and Electric Cars! We are back for our 6th electric car show. Join us to see, sit in, and drive some of the newest electric vehicles for sale. Owners and dealers will give you test drives and demo drives in their zero emissions vehicles.
Get all your questions answered about electric vehicles from real owners. We will cover range, battery, charging and specific questions about vehicles. Now is the time to make the switch to an electric vehicle. Lowell Drives Electric can help you get the information that you need to make it happen!
*Please be aware that we are at full capacity with 40+ electric vehicles so any new EV owners signing up to bring their car after April 20 will not be allowed to display the car due to space limits. Please email organizer if you would like to bring a car that is not already listed as registered for the show or if you would like to allow members of the public to test drive your vehicle.
