Event Report
We had a great event at the Little Rock Zoo on April 23rd, with two dozen EVs in attendance and about 100 people interacting with our participants.Our onsite press conference was very successful, resulting in excellent coverage in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Arkansas Times, KTHV (CBS-TV affiliate) and KUAR (local NPR affiliate). At the event, we heard remarks from Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., Little Rock City Director Kathy Webb, and our partners at Entergy Arkansas and Adopt A Charger. We concluded the event by having Mayor Scott formally dedicated the Zoo's new EV charging stations by plugging in the vehicle of an event participant.

Event Description
Join Audubon Delta in celebrating Drive Electric Earth Day 2022, at the Little Rock Zoo!
We'll have plenty of electric vehicles and their owners on hand to answer all your questions about EVs--maybe you'd like a test drive?
Special guests include Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott and Little Rock City Director Kathy Webb, who will participate in a press event at 11 a.m.
Our event will be in the east parking lot at the Little Rock Zoo, near the Zoo's brand new EV charging stations.
