Happy50Plus hosted a very successful Save Money, Love Earth, Drive
EV! 節能省錢、愛地球- 電動車上路！event on April 29,
2021 from 1pm to 2pm PDT. The event was
in Mandarin Chinese, featured three topics:
EV 101, EV batteries, and EV
incentive programs. The keynote speaker
was Jin Zhu, Manager, Clean Transportation Equity, Center for Sustainable Energy. We also featured two EV vehicles: one 2016 Mercedez Benz EQS and one 2021 Audi
Discover. 317 registered and 190 attended the event.
Promotion:
We created a digital flyer and
started promoting the event on social media (Tweeter, IG, FB, WeChat and Line) three
weeks before 4/29. We then had one print
ad on World Journal—the largest Chinese circulation newspaper in the U.S. on
April 27, 2021. The event was hosted by Happy50Plus’
CEO Amanda Lee.

Event Description
Did you know you could save up to $9,500 when purchasing an Electric Vehicle? In collaboration with Plug in America and Edison International, Happy50Plus is hosting a virtual event in Mandarin Chinese, to share the money-saving resources, and health benefits for those considering to purchase an EV.
