Event Report
This was a much smaller event than last year's Drive Electric Week event, due largely to the mediocre weather.
Thankfully we had a number of EV owner show up, and the Beverly Bike Committee had an event right next to ours. Lots of good "cross pollination" between events.
Event Description
Join us in front of Beverly's historic solar field this Saturday, April 13th from 10am to 1pm. The event will be held in the parking lot in front of the solar field at Beverly High School, 100 Sohier Rd, Beverly, MA 01915
Event includes:
- Check out electric vehicles
- Speak with local EV owners about driving electric
- Talk to local experts about EV charging
- Go for a ride in electric car
- Tour Beverly's historic solar field, and learn about solar energy!
Beverly's Bicycle Club will be attending as well, and will be offering:
- Learn how to change your bicycle's inner tubes
- Participate in a bike rodeo!
- Learn the rules of the road and other cycling skills
- Bike helmet safety check
- And more!
This is a family friendly event, and all are welcome. We hope to see you there!
