Bellevue Event Has Been Canceled.

Due to the continued spread of novel coronavirus and COVID-19 infection, and with the safety of our visitors in mind, the April 26 Sarpy County Earth Day event has been cancelled.

The 2020 Sarpy County Earth Day Celebration & Expo will feature fun and educational environmentally friendly activities, with a highlight on the environmental efforts in our community. Nebraska Electric Vehicles Association and Missouri Valley Group - Sierra Club will co-sponsor a large display of electric vehicles and a booth with helpful information manned by EV experts. The event will be on Sunday afternoon, April 26, 2020.

The vehicle display and attendee parking will be in Parking Lot E on the northwest side of the campus. Click here to view campus map.  Indoor presentations and information tables will be in the adjacent John B. Muller Administrative Services Building (Building 14 on the map). Events start at Noon.

From Omaha go south on the U.S. 75 Kennedy Freeway to the Cornhusker Road Exit. Go east on Cornhusker which turns into Harvell Drive at Fort Crook Road. Continue southeast on Harvell about 1/4-mile and turn right on Herman Drive. Go one block to Bruin Blvd. and turn left. Parking Lot E and the Muller Administrative Services Building (a tall 5-story bldg.) are straight ahead. Signs will be posted.

Come meet the many enthusiastic EV owners who will be displaying their vehicles.
