Currently the principal investigator for the Pullman Energy Storage Project, a 1.0MW/3.6MWh vanadium flow battery project in Pullman, WA funded by the Washigton State Department of Commerce. Responsible for Design Thinking applied within the Innovation Workgroup. R&D efforts include opportunities for electrification, sensors of many types, distributed energy resource management, and smart city solutions.
