Event Report
Our DEED event was part of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce Green Business Expo at the Flower Fields in Carlsbad. Members of the public were able to talk to EV owners and enthusiasts in a non pressure setting to have their questions about range, charging, rebates, maintenance and more answered. There was information literature that was handed out, and electric vehicles to look at. The Carlsbad Flower Fields are a stunning setting, and the flowers were in full bloom. Next door we had multiple booths from other green businesses. A great way to spend the day viewing the flower fields, learning more about EVs, and other local green businesses.

Event Description
The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce is holding their annual Green Business Expo at the Flower Fields in Carlsbad. The Electric Vehicle Association of San Diego (EVAOSD) will have a booth there, and its members will have a large selection of cars to inspect. Owners will be present to answer questions about electric vehicles including Federal and State rebates available, charging options, the new electric vehicles coming from the car manufacturers, and much more. The Flower Fields should be in bloom, and are next door to Carlsbad’s Premium Outlet Mall. Come to Carlsbad and make a day of it, and learn the latest news about electric vehicles and sustainable business practices at the Green Business Expo.
