Event Description

 

The Town of Breckenridge, Colorado Mountain College, the High Country Conservation Center, and the Headwaters Group of the Sierra Club are jointly sponsoring a Drive Electric Earth Day event in the CMC South Parking Lot in Breckenridge, CO. 

Electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle (including cars, e-bikes, e-cycles) owners and retailers and home charging station retailers are invited to attend and display their vehicles and wares and offer rides and/or information to attendees. The Town of Breckenridge has two Proterra electric buses on order and will have a demonstration bus at the event. CMC also has an electric vehicle charging station. There is room for booths to be set up by retailers. According to town event regulations, all vehicles must be insured.
