Event Description

Come enjoy warm weather and celebrate Earth Day with Chicago4EVs at the Emily Oaks Nature Center! We encourage anyone interested in electric cars to come learn more about sustainable transport and ownership, and take test rides in a Tesla Model 3 or a Chevy Bolt! Our event is a sub-event within the Emily Oaks Nature Center Earth Day Celebration, and we will be positioned directly outside the front gate. Unfortunately due to lack of space, we will only be able to accommodate the two cars we have, and cannot allow attendees to showcase their personal vehicles. Feel free to come and go between 12:00 and 4:00PM, April 28th, and be sure to check out everything else going on at Emily Oaks!

From Emily Oaks:
"Join the call for Eco-Heroes! Find out how these unsung heroes use their powers for the good of the Earth and discover your own special eco-powers, as well, while participating in engaging activities along the Nature Center trails. Earth-friendly foods will be available for sale. Purchase native wildflowers and grasses ready for planting."
